Update 11/19/25: Owner came over and explained additional details on the delay and inspected the roof more that showed why the delays are occurring. We are still waiting on the insurance to respond to continue with the repairs. I’ve had interior water damaged caused by roof issues since April. It’s about to be 7 months since I reached out to the remodeling company and no repairs have been made. The inside ceiling has been getting worse overtime and they keep telling me to wait for the insurance as it can take a year. I cannot wait a year as we are heading into the winter with snow. If I continue to wait this will lead to additional costs on my end and worse damage not only to the home but potential health issues with the extensive water damage inside. Great company, Byron the owner super responsive and really knows how to play the insurance game to get your claim approved. Clean quick annd with a great anttention to the details during the execution of the job. Very professionals, do not hesitate to hire them.

The employees in the company, were very respectful of property and completed an outstanding job with the roof and the clean up process. The work overall is of high quality. Help me understand if you are in this business why are you not ready with all equipment when you are coming out to give a potential customer a quote? This was the first time coming out, unfortunately had to come out again, taking me away from my time. Came out the second time, a week later still waiting for my quote. Not professional at all and you lost a potential customer.
