With such a high rating, I figured I would give them a try. It was the best decision I could have made! John is very nice and professional, and his work is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable, neat, punctual, responsive and very thorough. He was able to bring my ideas to life. I also appreciate that you pay after each part of the project was completed. This was helpful to keep track of my budget and if it had to be modified. The project took about 5 weeks to complete, but part of that was due to my schedule. We contracted John with Remodeling Work 123 to partially remodel our basement to add a bedroom and a bathroom. + John was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process + Pricing information was up front, transparent, and competitive + John was accommodating to change requests and additional tasks + The quality of the work is excellent and John showed a commitment to ensuring its integrity The only issue we had was that the timeline went longer than anticipated and it was good that we work from home as scheduling was sometimes last minute. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the project and won't hesitate to call John again when we need more work done.
