Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel Parking (Pilgrim Parking)

I stayed at this hotel because I attended a conference. What an unexpected treat to get a 5 star experience across the board. First, the friendliness of the staff blows southern hospitality out the window. Consistent friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to take care of me and I really appreciated this. Second the restaurant was great, good food options, tasty, and outstanding service. Housekeeping was perfect. Literally perfect and I'm picky. The conference food and beverage were well staffed, presented, and flawless. In what is a usual business hotel, it's run like a high level concierge in Europe. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They made my stay perfect. Colleagues who stayed there said the same thing. We were lucky.

Wonderful location. Walkable to much. Great view... and the list goes on n on
