I have had the pleasure to work with Josh on a number of jobs and he is on top of the work. Amazing to work with and I recommend this company and Josh for your future needs. Truly a 5 star

Recently had Renew do some mold remediation and crawlspace cleaning. They gave me a fair price, great communication, friendly and professional workers, and did excellent work. They even gave me advice on how to best diy encapsulate afterwards despite me declining that as an option. Would recommend.

This company is trash. I definitely don’t recommend them for any services. Service guy came out with all these devices showing moisture but I never received a report of the findings he said he would send but he was very pressed about my insurance company information stating on we can work with the insurance company directly but don’t want inform the homeowner on their recommendation big red flag. I wouldn’t trust this company in my home to even walk through my home just to lie. The things people will do nowadays. No ethics or Morals

Guy came out to help after the initial call, on Sunday night. Thought he was going to help me make the actual repairs once insurance finally got their act together. Well, once I needed the ACTUAL WORK done, he just ghosted me. Can't comment on the quality of their work, because they never actually did any work. I guess they figured it wasn't worth it.

Had a sewer backup which flooded the basement, called Renew Restoration and cleanup. Josh the lead technician was great, within a couple hours from calling he came out and setup fans and dehumidifier to start the drying process. He also assisted with the insurance claim. after the dry-out process a crew returned to clean and sanitize the areas that were damaged, that crew did an outstanding job in a very professional and timely manner. within a week from the first calling, the basement was back to normal with the help of Renew Restoration, Josh, and the crew that cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend Renew Restoration. Great company to work with.
