Good product, awful sales practices. Years ago we had all our windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen. Quite expensive but worth the cost for the high quality. But their sales practices are as bad as they get. So bad in fact that I would not buy from them again. Today a young man wearing a company logo shirt rang our doorbell. He was pushing their product. Standing inches from one of our existing Renewal by Andersen windows he pointed out how vinyl windows only last 15 or so years after I told him we already have Renewal by Andersen. He didn’t even know enough about their own product to realize they don’t sell vinyl windows. The main selling point is that they are made with their proprietary Fibrex. Not vinyl! This is the second year in a row that I used Anderson for replacement windows for my 1893 Victorian home and it went just as flawless as last year. Every single Anderson employee did any exceptional job. Our salesman, Kevin, remained honest and knowledgable just like he was last year. Drew, the job manager, is so detailed and organized so when the Y7 instillation crew came there were zero issues. Zero issues. Even the scheduler, Jordan was so pleasant and caring on the phone. I will never use another company. Yes, they can be a tad more expensive, but windows are an investment for your home and I only want to replace them once in my life not after 10-15 years like other cheaper companies may need. Impossible to get ahold of. Been waiting over a year for them to fix the poorly installed windows. They fixed one of many—the tech said the quality in the factory isn’t what it used to be. Multiple windows had debris inside the glass. Many are not balanced—they don’t stay up. Nearly all have sloppy sealant around the edges but “it’s within spec”. Tech came out to confirm the issue last year. Still waiting. NewPro was our second option—wish we went with them.
