After investing nearly $70,000 in window replacements with Renewal by Andersen, I expected a professional, coordinated, full-service experience. What I received instead was poor communication, lack of oversight, and a project that I largely had to manage myself. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and reactive. The very first scheduled day for scaffolding installation was canceled without any notice. I received no call, email, or text. I only discovered the cancellation after calling the office myself. Renewal by Anderson has been amazing. My installers, Edgar, Nelson, and Ivan were so courteous and helpful. They cleaned up beautifully and were so respectful and kind. They even brought in my groceries that had been delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And their work was beautiful.

Juan and his crew were professional, friendly, on time, and did amazing work. All of the work was done with great care of craftmanship and cleanliness. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed, and even worked directly with another contractor that we hired to do a major modification that replaced a swinging rear door with a sliding glass door and window. The house looks amazing!
