Great products and warranty. My new doors and patio door are beautiful. The installers were helpful to suggest a simple color change on the front storm door trim that tied the whole thing together. I will need to stain the trim to match my interior. But, the salesman mentioned that when we booked it. The installers left a paper edging so it will be easy for me to paint. We're using the promotion financing to enjoy this now. At least we selected a great weather day in February for installation.

Anderson called me at 7 am for this appt (a cancellation). I was thrilled! It was a re-trim appt (due to odd staining error earlier in Dec) and I felt it should be handled asap. Chris (along with Jesse, Matt, Kan, Tim and Arnell) came with professionalism, efficiency, upgraded a few things they saw in the job, friendliness and were thorough. They came at 8am and were done with the entire house (3 patio doors and 5 windows re-trimmed) by 3 pm. Impressive! It looks fabulous once again. I can’t wait for the restain in a few days. The only thing I can think of to make the process better, is to cover the room furniture with clear plastic drop clothes like the first crew. We had an amazing experience with Renewal By Andersen from start to finish! Our new home had original 55-year-old wood windows that were rotting, extremely drafty, and constantly developing condensation. It was possibly the worst day to have a window and door installed in northern Minnesota. The installers arrived on time 0730 in 4 degree F cold. Their prep was excellent with shoe covers, work mats across all work areas. Vapor barriers were put up to mitigate dust and cold. The installation took 2 days to place 2 doors, large window and patio doors. The finish work was perfect. Attention to detail was spot on. Clean-up thorough and quick. Post work walk-through was comprehensive with explanation and demonstration of locks and screens. The finished product is truly beautiful
