Renewal By Andersen of Western New York

I went into window buying being overwhelmed and wanting to make sure I invested into my property properly. My experience with Andersen was amazing right from the start. The initial consult was intimidating but Charles Sanfillipo answered all my questions and was very helpful. After shopping around and seeing what other companies had to offer, I ended up going back to Andersen's because I felt they had the best offer for me. At each step along the way, the team was able to answer my questions and help me and ease my anxiety. The installers, Steve and Gage, were very professional and efficient. I felt comfortable with them in my home and with their work. I had the back sliding glass door and windows replaced; I waited a couple months for the snow to fall before reviewing so my review would b

shawn came out to give me a free replacement window estimate. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. The demonstrations and chart he made up were so awesome because I was able to see the whole process... the window heat demonstration was very effective lol Before Andersen Windows I have said no to 2 other window replacement companies but I ended up choosing Andersen's because of the quality of the products they use but mainly because of Shawn and how knowledgeable he was. Also helped he was so kind and easy to talk to. Thank you and I look forward to having nicer non-drafty windows and a door :)

Rebecca came out to give us a quote on our windows and she was very knowledgeable and friendly! She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating with our changing work schedules. Her presentation was thorough and informative and that helped us to feel confident in making decisions for our home.

My wife and I wanted to leave this review so that people TRULY knew what they were getting in to when reaching out to work with Renewal by Anderson or approached and coaxed into a consultation by people going door to door because it is not what it was presented as. We are very patient and do not complain often, but this was next level, so felt the need to share. We were expecting a quick 15-20 minute estimate and explanation of product so we were quite taken back by the elaborate presentation and demonstration (have you ever been coaxed into a timeshare presentation? This is basically that, but with windows).
