Renewal by Andersen Window Replacement

We love our door just not the service we received during install. The salesman, DJ. came to our home in July 2025 we selected our product, measurements taken and we signed the contract. We found out by accident on a video call with the measurement guru, that all their doors are installed with the inside portion being raw wood. The exterior completely finished. I tried to renegotiate but we had signed the digital contract and locked in no edit on the signed deal. Every 2-3 weeks we received a call with an update on production. We were told the install would be by the end of September 2025. That came and went so I called the R-by-A office & was told the door did not make the truck to for Sept install. We had our final installation of three windows today. Alex & Victor were courteous and professional. They protected our floor and furniture. They vacuumed after the installation and cleaned all debris.

Had new windows installed about a year ago. We Love them Had a problem with a lock on one of them Renewal sent Tommy Welch out. He was here a very short time and did a great job fixing our problem He was very nice and knowledgeable!

We had a small few issues that needed to be resolved after the initial installation of our windows & door. (The initial install was great as well). The service tech, Charles Temples arrived today on time. He was friendly, knowledgable and able to fix my concerns with the door. The issue was a minor misalignment of the weather stripping that made the door more difficult to close. These windows and door were a major investment in our home, and knowing that Andersen has competent folks to stand behind them makes me even more confident in our investment.

Charles Temples was amazing! I had a screen that was cut on install that the install crew told me they would let the office know. So I waited and waited for someone to contact me about it and it never happened. That screen was out of sight, out of mind. But Charles was at my grandmas house fixing her sliding door when she told him all about my situation. He told his team about my problem and advocated for my repair because they did not believe me that it was an install day problem and was going to charge me for something that wasn't my fault. The ball had been dropped somewhere but Charles made sure to take care of me. He repaired my screen and it doesn't even look like it had a problem in the first place. He was friendly and professional. Thank you Charles Temples!!
