We added on two rooms and a bathroom over our garage. Renewal was a great team to work with all the way through, from design to completion. Communication was excellent - we always knew what was happening. Work quality is superb, and pricing was transparent and accurate. Took just over 3 months from demo to completion. Would recommend to anyone for any project!

The construction crew was professional, skilled, and responsive. The workmanship was superb. They set an aggressive schedule and kept to it. The project came in on time and within budget.
