Rob…. Electrician Incredible service is an understatement. Rob was dispatched short notice to help hook up a generator connection for my home so we can run everything we need for the upcoming storm. He was beyond professional and honest about everything up front and was willing to go the extra mile to explain to me what I needed and why as well as how to operate it safely once complete. I would recommend to anyone looking for fast, efficient and safe work of anything electrical!

We basically had a fire in our unit. It was very old, And it was a large commercial building. It’s been very cold outside .Also we have a lot of cleanup to do from the damage caused but could not do anything until this got done .They came out same day That I called them, did their best to get this up and running as fast as possible. The wiring had to be updated ,and they replaced the unit completely inside and out ,also fabricated some ductwork that was needed.They have done an excellent job overall in all aspects as I see them .I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to a friend also.

I had no heat, I called Justin Venable at Renfrow one evening and he was at my home the next morning. When Justin came he did a complete inspection of my entire unit. He then sat down with me to explain what he found, 3 non working parts that needed to be replaced. He showed me pictures and explained in detail. I felt very comfortable with Justin, enough to ask him what I should do. He suggested to replace the entire unit. He explained the difference of the three he suggested. I took his advice and 2 days latter I had a complete new unit. Pricewise the unit I took was better priced and with a lot of more to offer me and better efficiency rating than other companies.
