Jimmy was prompt, professional, and proficient. He serviced my living room carpet, stairway carpet, kitchen hardwood, dining hardwood, and foyer hardwood. He sent pictures as he complete each room of my house. My carpet was beautiful and my hardwood looks looked great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be using his services again.

Jimmy was on time. Drove up in a van that is well labeled. Verified what needed to be cleaned. Asked questions to make sure which equipment and chemicals to utilize. He was quick, and very professional. He told the time to explain the different processes for different stains. Then explained our situation. His prices are right inline with the current market.
