Renova One

We’ve worked with Renova One on multiple projects and have always had a great experience. Communication is clear, expectations are well managed, and they build strong relationships with their clients. They’re quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately we had no option when it came to flooring installers for our new house. This company was selected by my builder. I can assure you, the negative reviews are spot on. They improperly installed my hard floors and acknowledged zero responsibility for them. After being inspected by the builder, after over 6 mos back and fourth, the builder determine they were not installed properly. Their installed nailed through the floating floor. After several carpet issues they replaced my carpet. Their installer did not stretch properly and now the carpet is wrinkled. On top of this, the carpet has significantly worn in 2 years and Karen Ryan immediately says there is nothing they can do. After several emails back and forth she finally agreed to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Sh

Trent in Tampa, FL is a pleasure to work with and has given top customer service and built a great rapport with us. He has made the change to Renova One seamless and the quality of work on cleaning, painting and repairs has been top notch.

Unfortunately we did not choose to work with this company. Our home builder had chosen them for various reasons where price was probably top priority over quality. The flooring did not even last 1 year from the date of installation. Multiple failed planks and transitions strips falling apart only days into ownership. Over the course of the year we noticed more severe defects by our dining room table. They claim it's water damage even though they could not find any indication of such. They even used a moisture meter and still showed no moisture. I'll mentioned the floor is also 100% waterproof. So you can tell they were grasping for reasons not to warranty it. I will only give “three stars” to Fredrico who helped resolve a very poor job done by subcontractors this company hired. The re-install of my baseboards was poorly done. Most boards were broken and not finished. I was told it was “finished work.” And for them to make it right they would replace my wooden baseboards with plastic VBC…so disappointed. Had to pay another company to replace and fix all the damage done. My coffee table, kitchen table, and tv stand were damaged. Fredrico did work with me to get a refund to assist in fixing my damaged furniture. Overall, I would be careful to use this company and be sure of what subcontractor is being used. Pictures below was the “finished job.”
