Renovation Pros

Renovation Pros did a fantastic job and got started right away, which made a huge difference for our family with little kids and dogs. The team was professional, respectful, and great to work with. Even after we made changes during the project, they stayed on schedule and kept everything moving smoothly. We’re really happy with the results and would highly recommend Renovation Pros.

After our home was damaged by the Eaton Fire, smoke damage and soot everywhere, I called several remediation companies and decided to go with Renovation Pros. Under the circumstances, I did not want a company who can't show up on time, makes promises they don't keep, or postpones the work schedule. I got everything I was looking for and more with Renovation Pros. Their work was thorough and professionally done. Plus, a month later, Michelle from Renovation Pros calls me to ask if there was anything I wasn't happy with, or that they missed. She would be happy to schedule a follow up. I didn't require it, but it was nice she asked.

This has got to be the friendliest most respectful company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Every single person we interacted with were stellar. And I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE. From customer service (thanks Ari) to the workers (thanks Marcio and Hussein). They did a great job and when we asked them back about an area we thought they had missed-they willingly obliged without any hesitation at all. And did not make us feel stupid or bad about it. Didn’t fight us on it. So be assured if you need them back they will make it happen for you. They arrived all smiles and re did that patch only to prove that it had been done before but was not coming off (had stained but the mould had been killed). Thank you Marcio and Hussein. You guys explained things well to us and we will not hesitate

That was a big job. Took off all of the 47 year old wood siding and trim and replaced it with stucco and cement fiber siding. Thank you Pam and Erik for great communication throughout the project and thank you to all the workers and craftsmen for your skill and effort.

I didn’t want to write this review until our job was finished, but at this point the business relationship has soured beyond repair and I don’t see any reason to wait. We hired Renovation Pros to do remediation (full packout and structure cleaning) on our home after the Eaton Fire. They were very helpful in getting our insurance to approve the proper amounts for packing out all our items and cleaning our structure, and for that we’re very appreciative. Unfortunately, that’s about where our good experience ended. Once they had our contract in hand, the communication became severely lacking to the point where we never knew when or if a team was going to come to our house to work or not. When the packout began, some days people would show up to work, some days they wouldn’t. No firm schedule
