Had one of the most amazing experiences given that pluming problems are never fun. Super professional and knowledgeable. Lorenzo did a heck of a job.

I texted them and once we connected I was able to explain the issue and send pictures. We had full discussion, pictures of faucets and set price. Of course the one chosen was out of stock at store. I was sent picture of a similar but better one. I approved price difference. I was sent a link that showed a picture of who was coming to do the service. This is a very nice feature!! We reviewed the service and I signed on the tablet giving authorization. Everything was previously agreed. I really like the new faucet!!!! Very Professional. My old sinks plumbing is up to current CA conservation standards now (faucet and under the sink)! I would use this service provider again. So glad they were recommended to me.

Called Renowned Plumbing to help with a plumbing issue. Chris showed up an hour later, gave me an honest price and told me exactly what he was going to do. Fast, friendly, honest, and clean. Hopefully I don’t have a need but if I have a plumbing issue I’ll be calling Renowned Plumbing again.

The technician Lorenzo did an excellent job descaling and flushing our tankless water heater. Very professional, on time, and explained the process clearly. Everything was done efficiently and cleanly, and the system is running great now. Highly recommend for anyone needing tankless maintenance or plumbing service.

Joshua, our technician, was great to work with. He communicated effectively about ongoing issues as well as repairs that were made. Niki also provided quick responses when first reached out to us about a potential issue and helped finding a good time for an appointment. While we weren't the ones who hired Renowned Pumbling for the workorder, we would definitely work with them again.
