I’ve used this company before when the father was over it. I had no issues. I was excited to work with them again but the son misunderstood the job I wanted done. He provided a quote for the tub and tile separately and together. I wanted the tub only done and he was upset about that. Suffice it to say, the completed job reflected his disdain. Edge of tub was not completed and when I mentioned it he said they don’t do caulking or edge completion. See pics. My question was “isn’t that a part of the service?” I told him I would not be requiring future services and would find someone else to do the other bathroom. I then requested my deposit back for the future job (He would not deduct it from this job). He refused to give me back my full deposit. He did not know how to do a refund with squ
