Wow, what an install. Matt was the installer and he showed up right on time. We discussed the details of the install and he then went to work. I don't think he ever took a break and the install started around 9am and was finished around 6pm. The installation went smoothly and the shower is beautiful. No complaints. Everyone from the sales group, managing department to the install was very professional. Couldn't be happier.

MaxHome was great from beginning to end! Began with a knowledgeable, "no pressure" sales rep, Scott Saucier who answered all my questions during the appointment and many after it. He even responded to a text from me while on his vacation! Greatly appreciated Scott. Continued with an excellent installer, James Roberson. James addressed all of my concerns before starting any work, then after the demolition he allowed me time to check and address any in-wall issues before the installation of new materials. After completion, he explained all new features in depth including care and cleaning . Did a great cleanup of all work areas before leaving. Greatly appreciated James personality and work ethic. Ended with me, happy and extremely pleased with my beautiful renovated shower! I highly recommen

Removed old tub. New standup shower. The guy who did the installation was top notch! I give him 5 stars. Efficient, clean, neat job. SALESMAN gets 1 star. He came with no wall samples, only a floor sample. Quickly showed some pics on an iPad. Shark of a salesman. Asked for an insanely high price, then came down twice. I signed the contract for still too much. Finished product is very AVERAGE. Had I seen samples, I would have made a different choice.

Max Home, its salesman, installers, and office personnel all did an excellent job of planning, explaining, scheduling, and performing our conversion from a 40 year old built-in tub with shower curtain to a modern, safe, walk-in shower with glass rolling doors. The demolition and installation work was quickly and beautifully completed, and the job site left immaculately clean. We couldn’t be more pleased.
