Recently, we contracted with SES Enterprise, LLC. to replace the flooring in our family room. The project entailed removing the existing tile flooring, removing the rotted subfloor, installing a new subfloor, and installing new vinyl flooring. One challenge with which the carpenters had to contend was the concrete slab on which the subfloor was placed was not level – it was 2 inches lower in the center. None of the sides were level with each other. The carpenters did a masterful job in providing us with a beautiful, level floor that will last us many, many years.
