I had Renvo build a new ADU in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The owners are both Andrey and they were super responsive throughout the whole process, always quick to answer my questions and make adjustments as we went. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity, they didn’t cut corners or rush the job. They really focused on making the space feel solid , functional , and well-built, even if it meant taking a bit more time.

I called Andrey Kolyadich after receiving a flyer in my Folsom paper. He returned my call quickly and came out within two days. I liked him from the start but went ahead and got 3 more estimates. Andrey's was the best by far and our schedule aligned with his. He kept me in the loop constantly and listened to all my ideas and concerns. I'm the past I've had many contractors dismiss my ideas and do what they wanted. Andrey's team started early and finished on time. We got to know his team well and they were terrific with our dog as well. The team was also great at protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. Andrey checked the work daily and his team took care of all our concerns. I love my new kitchen and pantry.

We had two large and deep niches in our family room, and it took me a few months to find a contractor who could convert those niches into beautiful and stylish part of the room. When I contacted Andrey, he immediately came up with ideas for the project implementation and evaluated the scope of work, the price, and the timeline. I love that he and his team took care of everything from A to Z: they made niches more shallow, created beautiful brick back walls, built beautiful wooden shelves with integrated light, and took care of all electrical work. Professional service for very reasonable price, would definitely use again. We bought a house and had a short window to do a complete remodel. Andrei came out and helped to get it done from start to finish. Helped with the demolition, install of new flooring/cabinets/lights, redid some wiring, fixed plumbing issues which the previous owner left us, built new pergola in our backyard and installed a spa, and much more. Im in tech and I knew nothing about construction or remodeling when I blindly started my remodel project, but Andrei helped us every step of the way, helping us consider all the options/prices and gave us a lot of new ideas on how to get the style we wanted, and made the whole process really simple.
