RESCO - Restoration Emergency Services Company

We got recommended RESCO from a plumber we had come by about a possible leak/floor damage we were having. Sure enough, we had mold!! RESCO was professional and thorough throughout the whole process. I had dealt with Micheal (thanks Micheal!) and he was very easy to work with! Great at explaining every step and making sure my house stayed clean! We have a new baby and I appreciated the extra caution he took. Great customer service! And always on time! We had Trevor (or was it Travis!??) that helped us out too and he was great also. I was going to wait until my laundry room was completely done to write this review, but unfortunately the company they recommend hasn’t started and it’s been almost three weeks (ahhh!!!!!) 0_0 ….sooooo I didn’t want to wait too long and forget!! Worth the review!

In a time of crisis, Resco showed up within a couple hours of calling! They were polite, professional and thorough. They walked us through their procedures and handled the extensive water damage with ease. Jordan and Dakota were awesome! They truly made this experience bearable. We can’t thank them enough for their quality service. If we could give them more stars, we would!!!! Highly recommend Resco and if you get Jordan and Dakota, even better!!!!

I LOVE RESCO!!!! I had an undetected leak behind my kitchen wall behind my refrigerator that finally surfaced very end of December 2025. When it finally surfaced or revealed.itself I panicked and didnt know what to do. It so happened my son was having the same issue and was using Resco. He advised me to contact amd have Resco come.out and take a look. When I tell you they came out and almost instantly figured out the issue and told.me.how important it was to get started on the restoration process to get rid of all.traces of the black mold, it made sense and I asked them to get started ASAP. They came out the next day and got to it!!! They made sure to keep me.informwd of every step they made and we're extremely efficient in the entire process. Everyone was very professional and focused.

I worked with Erick and Gidion on a project and I can say as a contractor they did an amazing job! This industry can be questionable regarding necessary scope of work and added work in hopes to make a better margin. They walked through the process step by step day after day and kept myself as well as the home owner informed. Erick kept the cost as low as possible and the project to what was necessary in getting the home owners life back to normal as soon as possible. I had an amazing experience working with Resco and would recommend them to anyone.

Our daughter quickly found this company for us after we had lots of water damage from a failed toilet connector hose. Luke, the owner, had a team promptly come out the next day to start the process of drying everything out and preventing mold. We are indebted to everyone at RESCO who helped us-huge shoutouts to Luke for squeezing us in and to Eric and Gideon who were extremely professional, courteous, hard working and very very kind. MANY THANKS RESCO!
