The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Their pricing was fair and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find honest and reliable appliance repair in St. Louis, but Repair King STL exceeded my expectations. They work on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and HVAC systems, and you can tell they have real experience. Everything has been running perfectly since the repair. This is the 2nd repair call and I am sooo pleased with Mr Eric and his awesome repair skills!!! Mr Eric is knowledgeable and professional! I am sooo Pleased!! He repaired both my washer and dryer and it did not take him any excess time to perform the repairs!! I would recommend this company to anyone!! The price was very affordable!! Mr. King STL did an excellent job on my furnace. He kept me warm while he ordered parts. I am very happy with the service.

Both techs I met were nice enough people, but it took them nearly four months to *not* fix my dishwasher. We went through nearly seven different cycles of "oh, we ordered the wrong part", until we eventually got tired of not having a dishwasher and simply purchased a new one. In addition, in the process of uninstalling my dishwasher to prepare for the new one's arrival, I discovered that the last time first tech was out, he didn't put everything back together completely, which made it almost impossible to remove the dishwasher as the bottom plate loose and was wedged against the ground, and I found a lot of various bits and bobs that were not re-screwed in. I only assume he left them unfinished to make his next trip easier, but it made my life exceedingly difficult. Nice people, but I do

I find it suspicious that all the ratings are either a 5 or 1--nothing in between. Makes me wonder about the validity of the 5s. They were assigned to me through my home warranty company to look at y dishwasher and washing machine. The technician told me his boss said he can't work on stackable units because it's an access issue. In other words, they don't pull machines out of their spot in order to work on them. He determined that my dishwasher needed a water inlet valve. It had to be ordered and I waited a couple weeks for the part to come in. They called me to scheduled an appt. and didn't show up for it. When I called 30 minutes after the end of the appt. window, the owner said he was stuck on another job and also that he the office out my appt in the system wrong. He offered to come w
