Very professional company from the reception to the assistant technician. Prompt correspondence from Ms. Vivita lead to the professional assessment performed by the foreman Mr.Leonid. Leonid called me in the evening sharing his concern about the scope to make sure that we are on the same page before wasting each other’s time. When he arrives, he has everything he needs to get the job done. The technician Michael works so hard and polite getting up from under the fridge to greed me. They are such proactive professionals I feel fortunate to work with. If anyone have subzero/wolf or have client who have those, this is a solid team I refer for maintenance with a confidence.
