Eris, our tech, was courteous, texted before arrival and was conscientious about his work. We had a tricky install in a tight space, but he accomplished it skillfully. He worked hard to maximize our space as much as possible. Angela, who took our service call was so sweet, friendly and professional. First time using Repairful Appliance, and I highly recommend them.

Repairful Appliance has been our appliance service provider for a few years now and they never disappoint. We always ask for Eris, he is so knowledgeable and friendly. We have had a very positive experience with repairing our LG dishwasher. Eris was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and on time (actually a little early). And Angela puts the “customer” back into “customer service”. I’m adding “Repairful Appliance” to my list of “go to” providers.
