Replacement Window Center of East TN

Do not get windows from this company. They lie terribly and do the worst install ever. I would hate for someone else to have to deal with the disappointment of a crappy window install and have to live with it. The company they used who installed the windows also gave me a quote for our fence and deck. I would rather do it myself.

The product and prices were competitive with more famous brands Quality was at least equal or better. Warranty is as good or better than competitors. Installation crew (Chris, Amber and Paul) were friendly, responsive to questions and on time. Area was clean after finishing work. Very pleased. Would hire them again.

My experience with Anthony Potts and the installation Team was an extraordinary and amazing experience. From start to finish working with Anthony and and Team you felt like true family and the work and attention to detail is second to none. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would and recommend Anthony and his Team across the Nation to each and every home or business!!

Need windows? Go anywhere but here, bought $10k worth of windows with a $2 install job. Owners don't care, once they got their money communication to get things done correctly ceased. Terrible company, Terrible customer service, terrible people.

The service was extraordinary and the price was fair. Our new windows make our house look brand new. I highly recommend Prestin and his crew!
