Replacement Windows & Doors by Tim

Hired to install 2 patio doors and 2 large windows in kitchen. Installation was reasonably good, though some damage done to concrete work at the base of one door he did not want to take responsibility for. A few days after install, I noticed some defects with both windows and he ordered needed replacement parts. From that point on the follow-up was terrible as I had to continually send him texts and phone messages for status, most of which he ignored until he stopped responding entirely. I ended up having to hire another technician to install the parts. Horrible service from this contractor.
