I sent my contractor 4 times to pick up my order they kept turning him away ... "Claudia" at the front desk has no idea what she is doing and horrible customer service. She did nothing but cost me time and money. This is why other companies dont like selling their products. Replying back: My contractor provided you with the "will call" pick up numbers. Your multiple front desk people stated you didn't have the product. I called the store I purchased and you again confirmed with them the order was ready for pick up. It doesnt matter if I bought from a hundred stores you were provided the pick up numbers. Your disorganized and turned my contractor away 4 times. He had the proper information but your distribution center doesn't have a clue as to what your doing period. Get it together your p

Came here looking to find matching tile for a project, they had the same exact one, however, they don't sell to civilians only to authorized retails, however, the very helpful staff not only helped me find the tile I needed; but they also pointed me to a few locations that did sell the tile to civilians. Overall happy with my experience with their customer service.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product and the manufacturer. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have lived in my house less than 3 years and have MULTIPLE chips in the laminate. Warranty does not conveniently cover chips which manufacturer wants to claim is caused by dogs, roller skates or toys. My dogs weigh less than 15 lbs and if they have the ability to "gouge into the joints and corners" then this product should not be sold as "commercial grade". Also, wouldn't there be scratches on the laminate? Last I checked no one was "roller skating" through my house. I have no "toys" in my house but if the manufacturer is stating that "toys" can cause chips then just another reason to not buy this product. Think twice before installing any item from this manufacturer

Really bad customer service! It seems like this business is more concerned with excessive convid regulations than providing customer service. We came in wanting to match a floor sample. She just directed us to a section and offered no help at all. Luckily on our way home we passed another business which sold us their products. It would have been nice if she could have referred us there the first place.
