Extremely unprofessional experience. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment of the mistake made with the order, and no apology or effort to make things right. Customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

This was a highly unsatisfactory experience. I recommend seeking a more professional plumbing supply company.

The counter help preferred picking product instead of working the counter I don't have time to wait so I can get back to the job site

Don’t come here if you’re just an average person looking for a simple plumbing part. They don’t go out of their way to help you unless you’re stepping into a much more lucrative than necessary repair. They try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge and essentially tell you to “Google it”. If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for and how to ask for it, I’d stick to free online resources rather than wasting your time with this place.

Incredibly disappointed in what seems like a reputable business. Just went to Republic plumbing supply for the second time in my life. I still didn't look rich enough for anyone to actually help me. Got the runaround and was told there was nothing they offered that I was looking for. I will spend my money somewhere else. I feel bad for them when the economy tanks.
