My beloved childhood home was on the brink of dilapidation. My elderly father was no longer able to repair the home like he once could. I called Reputable Solutions and they came and assessed the damage, gave a reasonable quote and started working on my home immediately. We had a major ongoing mold issue due to a leak in the basement from shoddy work that was done previously. Mr. Kelly and his crew were able to effectively remove any and all traces of the mold and replace the drywall in a timely and professional manner. They also replaced rotten wood on the exterior of the house, repaired the back steps, the chimney, repaired the hardwood floors and did a complete remodel on one of my bathrooms. When my mother passed I needed to have her home emptied and repairs made to get it market ready. I was overwhelmed and in a panic as I live in another state. I spoke with the owner at 10 pm at night and explained the situation. A dumpster was at the house by 8, the house was emptied by 1030 and the repairs were being made by 12. He was completely done the very next morning ... repairing walls in four bedrooms, retiling the bathroom floors and walls, repairing the leaking plumbing and then the clean up!! I expected an astronomical bill and to my surprise he was affordable (considering this was last minute). I highly recommend Reputable Solutions!!!!
