I’ve been a customer for over 11 years. Erick always does a first class job servicing my property both inside and out. I couldn’t be more pleased with Research Pest and especially Erick. He’s a great representative for the company.

Decided to give this company a try after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not the same. First, the tech did not show up to our house per our first appointment at 4pm. I thought they were just running late, so I waited until deciding to give them a call to check in. I was on hold until the clock hit 5pm and I had to wait until the next day to call back. When I did, the appointment coordinator was very rude. She said that the tech had the wrong address and tried to call me multiple times, but I didn't answer. I never got any phone calls or texts from any of them. My husband overheard the call as I had it on speakerphone and was surprised that I rescheduled for them to come out at the earliest possible day, which was another week out, considering her attitud

We always go to Research when we have issues. Recently we told them we had a large animal on the roof. They identified by its remnants on the roof. Sure enough when we had the tree limbs cut back, there was the critter he told us would be the culprit staring us in the face still clinging to the tree. Ringtail cat. Cute as ever. Their pricing is always fair and we will always go back.
