Reserved Floors

Serg and his team did a fantastic job. They installed new flooring in the living room and 2 flights of stairs. They refinished the existing hardwoods in our dining room, kitchen and hallway. The color was exactly what I wanted. Serg was alway very professional and communicative. They taped the kitchen to try and prevent dust from entering my cupboards and I was so appreciative. I would definitely recommend Reserved Floors! 10/10

We were so happy to hear from Serg that, with a few repairs, our very old (125 years) floors could be refinished. The finish is perfectly smooth (we previously had been getting splinters) and he was able to get many of the creaks out. The color match on the replaced boards is good (not perfect - hard when you're trying to match aged oak, I imagine). Serg was very professional - prompt in all our communications and the work was on time and on budget - even with some unplanned repairs. We really appreciated how he was willing to work around our schedule, too. So appreciated! We're really appreciating our beautiful "new" (refinished) floors!

Reserved Floor, was on time and did a great job on our hardwood flooring. They took measures to prevent the spread of dust and cleaned up after the work. Our floors look very professional and we are so happy. We will definitely use them again in the future.
