First time working with this company. Bosch dishwasher repair today by technician Mike. He was very nice, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. When I called to schedule the repair the lady I spoke to was pleasant and informative so I knew exactly what to expect. I will use this company again.

I phoned for service and even though they were unable to provide the service I needed, they went above and beyond assisting me in finding a repair service here in Richmond. I highly recommend based solely on their customer care.

I could not have been more pleased with the service delivered by Mort and Residential Appliance Specialist. When our ULine Beverage Center stopped working, they sent out a technician (Mort) on the day we called them. Not only did the main office call to let us know when to expect Mort, but he called as well twice to confirm he was coming, and then to let us know he was on the way. He showed up with the part RAS thought might be the issues and diagnosed our problem in under 5 minutes. It turned out that the part they'd brought wasn't the issue - it was a much cheaper repair, requiring only a power cable, which they ordered and which was installed promptly upon receipt.
