Craig and his crew did an excellent job repairing wood rot areas on the exterior of our home. Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to please us. They were punctual/dependable, and, Craig stayed with his original bid so there were no "surprises" at the end. We highly recommend Residential Solutions. Now, 3 months later, we had Residential Solutions return to seal our one year old deck. Craig worked with us to make sure we got the color and quality sealer we wanted. The job was completed in one day. They put plastic over the exterior siding and the windows to protect the house from the stain to be applied. Clean-up was excellent and our deck looks brand new. Would not recommend. The paint doesn't match the back of the house, they had said they could get a new can of paint for the trim and didn't. They instead used a can of old paint. Also, right after they began work I received a call stating they didn't see an area of wood rot at the time of the estimate and that was going to cost an additional $1,000. Upon completion, was dissatisfied with an area that was sloppily painted and the contractor got defensive and said the house had had been painted 25 times in 30 years which is clearly not the case. In addition, they didn't clean up after the job and left painters tape on a shutter. How hard is it to make a customer pleased after dropping several thousand dollars?

Residential Solutions power washed, replaced some siding, and painted the exterior of our home. They provide superior quality workmanship. Coby is very easy to work with, and provided a very reasonable price for the value received. If we need any of the services provided by Residential Solutions in the future, we'll contact Coby first.
