Believe the reviews. Check in office is all the way in the end corner. Very tight parking. Thankfully the other drivers came out and helped guide me in. I’m sure some will get lucky that come in the morning and will get loaded quicker or at least my theory but if your an afternoon pick up expect to wait. Checked in at 12pm and out at 4pm. My theory is that since I was one of the last shipments they had they needed to milk the hours till they leave. The human interactions is terrible. Everyone seems to hate everyone.

I recommend believing the reviews before visiting. The check-in office is located all the way in the far corner, which can be a bit tricky to find. Parking is quite tight. if you're an afternoon pickup, be prepared for a wait. I checked in at 12 pm and was out by 5 pm. Come with enought hours. One major downside is the human interaction — it’s pretty terrible. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood and there’s a noticeable lack of friendliness or professionalism among staff. Overall, if you’re planning to come here, be patient and expect a less-than-warm experience.

I had my trailer cleaned out before I got to this place as I read the previous reviews. To my shock they rejected it. Do not waste your time here they also make you wait on the road they have no parking and only port a potties. Why couldn’t they check the trailer before I would of not wasted 4 hours! Get your trailer checked for quality as soon as you got there by the supervisor do not waste your time.
