Rest Easy Pest Control

We hired Rest Easy PC when we first moved into our commercial space, and they promptly came out to inspect, provide a quote, and develop a comprehensive action plan. Since they began servicing our establishment, we have not encountered any pest issues. Katherine Volouez has been a pleasure to work with during her monthly visits. She listens attentively, provides thoughtful recommendations, and ensures our space is thoroughly treated and pest-free. Their customer service is excellent, and their pricing is highly competitive for NYC. I highly recommend their services!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. They have failed to fulfill their promises and have not delivered the necessary work. I engaged their services for my house in Queens, but they only showed up once. The service provider promised to return after a month to continue the service, but he never showed up. When I contacted them, they informed me that I needed to call and request their services again. Despite charging me for a year-long service, they only performed the treatment once. When I attempted to cancel the service, the manager assured me that improvements would be made, but nothing changed. I continued to be charged, yet no one ever showed up to perform any pest treatments.

I’m so happy with rest easy, just like their name I’m now able to rest easy knowing I don’t have creatures in my house. Allison was so awesome in setting up my appointment, she even gave me her personal phone number to contact her if I had issues. The gentleman that came to my home was very nice and did a great job. I’m so grateful that your staff went above and beyond to bring me peace of mind. Thank you Allison and to the staff, your company shines because you care.

My experience has been wonderful so far even beginning with the phone call to schedule. Angel came to the apartment on time (and even called before he arrived) for an inspection and was incredible! He was super comprehensive in his evluation , took the time to explain everything, and even cleaned up where there was some issues (bonus: he took the trash bag out with him!). Very pleased with his service.

I have called them after their first visit and they have not responded. Not very good for a new customer for someone who wants to have a yearly contract with them.
