Resto Experts

First, let me start by saying that I am very appreciative that Resto Experts came out to address a leak I had in my laundry room ceiling the day after the January snowfall in Memphis. Every other place I called was unwilling to come out to my house until the following Monday, which was three days later. Second, they were able to replace my hot water heater the next day. It had gone out on me and started to leak which caused the issues in the laundry room. How quickly this was done deserves another kudos. Unfortunately, things went south the rest of the way. I have attached photos of several of the issues my wife and I experienced. Joe and Trey were great. They were able to come out right away and initiate a treatment plan. A leak from a water heater is no joke. The repairs completely took care of the problem. I would definitely use them again.

We had a pipe bust during a winter storm, that flooded our hardwood floors; Resto Experts were there a few hours later to start the clean up process and get the drying process started. They have this down to a science and fixed our problem immediately leaving no mold or any issues behind!

We called Resto and they were there within a couple hours to evaluate and quote our issue. They fixed us up in just over a week (it wasn’t a huge leak). The contractors were all respectful of our property. We’re pleased with the process.

Our office had a leak from a water heater which damaged the downstairs ceiling. Resto Experts responded the same day I called them to give an estimate and replaced the faulty water heater immediately once the contract was signed and completed the dry out and ceiling repair in only a few days time.Great work! Thankful they were available on short notice.
