Overpriced and Unfair I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I was forced to have this company clean a property I rented before I moved out. They conducted a walkthrough a week before our scheduled cleaning while we still lived at the property. The initial estimate was an astronomical $533. Despite my concerns, I was assured multiple times that this was just an estimate and the final price would be adjusted based on the actual condition of the property. My wife and I spent over 40 hours cleaning the house ourselves, scrubbing walls and doors, and making sure everything was in good shape before moving out.
