Mario and Iris and crew were amazing! We had an emergency flood situation where we had a last minute two days to move out of our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home we have had for 17 years. Did I mention all the stuff we had. The crew made what seemed like an overwhelming situation seem less. The crew and them were so incredible and thoughtful as well as quick. As well as incredibly client focused. Any owner should be proud to have this group represent their brand. You can tell they have a caring culture. I cannot recommend them high enough.

I really expected more from a place with the name “Resto Plus Contents,” but this location in Fullerton was a huge disappointment. The whole experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, and getting clear answers felt like pulling teeth. On top of that, the customer service just wasn’t there no real effort to help, no sense of urgncy, and definitely no attention to detail. Things felt rushed, inconsistent, and not handled with the level of care you’d assume from storage-focused business. For the prices they charged my insurance, you’d expect at least solid reliability, but instead I left feeling frustrated and let down. Even after calling my insurance and not getting clear answers.
