Jim is the best contractor I’ve ever met! Not only did he do a great job with my sewer backup, bathroom, and basement but he picked up every call and every text! No question was too simple and if he didn’t know the answer for a question, he would figure it out. 100/10 would recommend!

So grateful for restoration1! We had a leak in the ceiling of our basement that was dripping in 3 rooms. Our ceiling across 20 ft of our basement was totally saturated. Jim was informative, responsive and friendly, setting clear expectations and delivering promptly. With the affordable quote we were able to cover costs without utilizing our home owners insurance, which was a huge relief. Our basement is now dry, another huge relief. Will definitely utilize their services again and recommend to friends!

I had water damage in my basement due to an overcharged MSD main. Not only did Jim examine the damage THE DAY I CONTACTED HIM, he also took the time to explain in detail, and to my satisfaction, what the damage actually was and how it happened. I wanted to pass along a great recommendation for Jim Rogers!
