Restoration 1 of Greater Charlotte

I don't remember the name of the flooring company Restoration One hired to do our floors, but they need to do business with better quality companies. The floors themselves are ok, but the job the company did on our stairs is AWFUL!! The flooring company only gave us a one-year warranty on the stairs, and wouldn't you know it the stairs started coming apart just after the one year was up! Now we have to hire another company to fix the stairs or do it ourselves. We had other issues with Restoration One, the changing of project managers, not doing a final inspection with us of the work done among other issues. I definitely would not hire this company again!!

Patrick did an incredibly thorough job with our kitchen after we discovered an unexpected leak behind our fridge. He came back every day on time as scheduled, answered all our questions and kept us informed of next steps throughout the entire mitigation process. We know we are in great hands with Restoration 1 and thankful for all of Patrick’s help!

I can’t say enough good things about this restoration company. They were quick to respond, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. The team communicated clearly every step of the way and treated my property with care and respect. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, top-notch restoration company, this is the one.

In a difficult industry to navigate with a large amount of companies with questionable reviews, this company was a breath of fresh air thanks primarily to Ty. He was always on time, provided excellent communication through the whole process and demonstrated excellent project management skills. Highly reccomended Restoration One and Ty.

Restoration 1 was amazing to work with during a stressful situation. The crew was kind, respectful, and extremely thorough. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and took great care of my home.
