Mike and his team did a great job in our home. He thoroughly explained the process, as well as educated us on it. He also went the extra mile to make sure we felt good about the resolution.

Mike O'Connor and the Restoration 1 team came recommended highly by our property management company when we had a flood in the lower floor of our house. From first contact through final resolution, Mike was right on top of everything, great communication, lots of pictures, worked proactively with our insurance carrier and most of all, worked with us to ensure the work was completed quickly so that we lost as little rental income as possible. Cannot recommend Mike highly enough. If you are proactive and work with Mike, he will do everything he can to achieve the goals you agree on.

We needed carpet installed, and I never would have thought to contact Restoration 1 for this job, but I'm glad we did. It was great to work with Mike. He communicated regularly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame. All around great service and work. Would recommend!

I called Restoration 1 for a small mold remediation job at a medical facility that I manage. The project was a bit of a mystery as to how and why there was mold present, but Mike and his crew were great! They were able to come out in a matter of 2 days to do their initial evaluation. Mike then laid out the process to a T. This involved calling in an air quality hygienist, who was able to come all the way from the Lansing area within a couple of days of Restoration 1's evaluation. After the hygienist provided his evaluation and protocol for remediation they started right away. They were very professional through this whole process, answering all my questions, even answering all the questions from the staff of the facility.
