Twice now I have been cut off by the same driver from Shoreline Sprinkling on 196E during my evening commute. His driving is absolutely erratic, reckless, and dangerous - often following and tailgating way too close during dense traffic, followed by blind lane changes that frequently cut people off. Absolutely terrible driving and a company I would never support or recommend to anyone.

We have had great experiences with Shoreline Sprinkling! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They scheduled the service promptly and stuck to the timeframe they promised, which we really appreciated. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and our sprinklers are running great. We are very happy with the entire process and would definitely recommend Shoreline Sprinkling to anyone needing sprinkler system service!

We needed an underground sprinkling line replaced (that was accidentally cut.) Scheduling the appointment was smooth and timely. The man that came out was fantastic. He identified the problem immediately, and was able to fix it. He also made sure he answered all our questions. The people that work here are helpful, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely call them in the future for any of our underground sprinkling needs.

We used this company for 2 years to winterize sprinklers and then start up in spring. They came out 2 years ago in spring and told us pump was cracked. Claimed no responsibility (which it may have been no ones fault) but then ghosted us. Multiple contact attempts yielded nothing. Almost a year later they came out again to look at pump and "give us quote" which we never got. Contacted again this spring and was just told " we are to busy to take new business". I feel we were old unfinished business, super poor customer service would not recommend.

I called to get my system updated and refreshed after 20+ years of wear. They were responsive, communicative, upfront, professional and more than capable. I could not be happier with the results. Great job and fair and transparent pricing
