I had a leak in my shower, and it damaged almost the entire bathroom and my neighbor's bathroom. The professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of Tom and his team cannot be overstated. If the team said they would start at 8 a.m., they arrived at 7 a.m. to set up and start promptly at 8 a.m. They followed up with me. Their recommendations for the tile vendors were top-notch. Their follow-up was superb. An incredibly stressful period was made less stressful thanks to this team. I am so thankful to them for their service.
