I was referred to Restoration Heros by the person who did our mold inspection. I was happy with them from start to finish. The communication was fantastic for everything from scheduling to giving me daily updates. Not only were they very detailed oriented, I trusted them completely when they were in my home and they were so sweet to both my kids and my pets! The whole process took much longer than expected - not because of their work but because the project turned out to be much bigger than initially inspected. Rachel made sure I knew exactly why they were doing everything, so I didn’t come home and wonder why half my kitchen was missing. We were recommended calling Restoration Heroes by our plumber when the job at hand was obviously needing so much more...and that added extra precaution to check out if there's mold and the need for mold treatments was done by these specialists with the included construction and repair all in one! From start to finish we got our room back to normal with all the treatments and care possible and of course construction and we are sure thankful that our plumber recommended these guys to help us do that! We had an amazing experience with Remediation Heroes. Carl came out on a weekend to keep our renovation on schedule, and he handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. He was super responsive throughout the whole process and the pricing was very fair, especially given the urgency. We’re so thankful for the help and the peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Rachel and Carl are unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Restoration Hero's came by for an initial issue that I found, but while fixing that issue, they found, diagnosed, and walked me through fixes on a completely separate problem that they gained no additional business from. They are courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and extraordinary affordable. I haven't had to spend much time with other restoration companies, but can't imagine it gets any better than Restoration Hero's. I hope I never have another issue, but if I do, I won't call anyone else.

Carl and Rachael were a Godsend on our job: literally saved our lives!
