Our water heater literally EXPLODED 😭🔥 and water went EVERYWHERE. I was freaking out. Restoration Logistics came so fast and handled everything like total pros—extraction, drying, checking walls, the whole deal. I seriously don't know what we would have done without them.

I had major mitigation needs as the water damage was on my entire first level and into part of the basement. The guys who came out were prompt, polite, efficient and went out of their way to make sure every item was addressed and taken care of. Very easy to work with, even the office people, and they returned calls promptly. They also helped out by working closely with my insurance company. I would recommend them.
