Restoration Management Company did a great job remediating our severely smoke-damaged home. Houses around us completely burned down, so the smoke smell was terrible and the hygienist found high levels of lead. They thoroughly eliminated the smoke smell, and the house passed the hygiene tests with flying colors. The project managers Shawn Clary and Ivan Ocampo were proactive, plus quickly reactive, to any issues or questions. All the workers were friendly and willing to customize the process. Shawn also gave us excellent recommendations for specialized restoration services, such as those for clothing remediation, insulation replacement, and refrigerator remediation. They completed the cleaning in a timely manner, and then they returned our personal items that were cleaned offsite back

RMC completed the restoration process for my Palisades’ home earlier this week. They were professional, responsive and reassuring the job was being done exceedingly well. As I reflect on their job, there is nothing which comes to mind which could have been done better. They are a first class company and I highly recommend them.
