Carlos came to my house for the first time in December of 2024 after I had a flood due to my washing machine. He immediately helped dry everything out, ripped out and replaced everything in my kitchen, we were almost near the end when my house took on storm damage and flooded my home again. Carlos went above and beyond, not just continuing the repairs but helping me through the claims process, he dried out my floors again, ripped out all of his brand new work so that I didn’t accrue any further damages, helped me identify the issues and get them to insurance. It ended up taking almost a full year for him to finish his project in my home, but he demonstrated respect loyalty and drive and stuck with me until the end, I now have a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful home and I owe it all to Car

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job the restoration of my home. He was easy to communicate with and worked with my insurance company on my behalf. We had to replace all flooring downstairs, patch a hole in the dining room ceiling, and repaint and texture the walls. They had my place looking like new in just a few days. Horrible experience! They were hired she come out and take care of water damage into replace floors throughout our home. They told us it would be two weeks, but he continuously asked for more time. It ended up being 18 days meanwhile we’re in a tiny vacation rental and when we finally got back to the house, what we saw was appalling, the floor had gouges scratches all throughout , They threw our belongings in piles, They left our house Filthy! Christmas, he knew I was upset and he never bothered to apologize or to even look me in the eye and try to explain to me why the house looked like a nuclear bomb went off. I don’t know where he finds his people to give him a five star review. Probably family members, but the name is definitely misleading. They are not masters! With the big paycheck
