Restoration Unlimited

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job renovating my bathroom after a widespread water leak damaged much of the drywall. He and his team stayed well into the evening on a Friday to ensure I had my restroom back for the weekend. Would recommend him to anyone needing a high quality restoration done on a compacted schedule.

Our house had to be remediated due to the fires in Altadena this past January. Ours was a bigggg job. Sadly I am barely able to get to it all still. At least 1/3 of our items are ruined with mold. Most of our pillows have had to be thrown out. A good portion of my kids stuffies too. Seems they put items into bags without fully drying them. At this rate we should have left it all alone. Insurance hired this company and another Restoration place. I would not recommend these companies to my worst enemy.

There was a leak in my house. Restoration Unlimited was supportive and did an excellent job for the water mitigation and emergency drying. They explained thoroughly on the how they will take and gave a great value price to get the job done. Their integrity was one of the key factors that made me trust them. I definitely approve their services.

We spoke with Hannah (she was very helpful and attentive to my scheduling) and Jeremiah (the owner of the company). They explained the entire process thoroughly and gave me the next steps every time I had questions. Their staff was caring, considerate, quick and efficient. Jeremy explained everything to me before starting work. He kept the cost down throughout the process, even when his staff ended up needing to work over time in order to get the job done in time for my tenant’s move that weekend.
