I highly recommend Restorative Pros, Inc. Their team (Walid) came to my residence to address a mold issue, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived early, were professional, kind, and very respectful. They took the time to assist us with everything we needed to properly prepare and enable the area before starting the work. After completing the repair, they left the area clean and well organized. Before leaving, they clearly explained the next steps that should take place, which gave us peace of mind and confidence in the process. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Restorative Pros, Inc. to anyone in need of restoration services.

Restorative Pros provided us great service at a competitive price. Both the front office and Walid keep us well informed of the progress and what to expect. There was a small issue after the job was completed that they took care next morning after I called at no extra charge. I hope that I don't need this type of service again, but if I do they will be the first company I call

We are multiple companies come out to assess our situation. RPI was the only one that took time to thoroughly explain everything including next steps. RPI communicated via text and in person regularly to keep us updated on what they were finding, costs and assisted with insurance. RPI made this bad experience much easier to deal with. From their office staff answering questions and helping us find sub contracts to the onsite team, with Walid; they were fabulous. They really are a great company.

From beginning to the end, RPI was very helpful. Ashley was great advocating for me, and Tiffany was extremely helpful communicating with me. Walid was the lead technician. I felt like I could trust him not only to effectively do the work but also to tell me the truth about the process. Despite the difficult situation, I felt assured that the job would be done properly. They were perfect in their communication and I felt they were available to me throughout the process. I highly recommend this team.
