Restore Your Place

Our washer door opened while running and made a mess on main level and in the basement. Restore Your Place responded very quickly to our water damage and helped us remove everything that was wet, remediate mold and dry our house. Very pleased with the knowledge Flavius had and the companies communicating details about the process. Hardwood flooring was a challenge to source and they even helped me with that. Their helpfulness throughout this challenging time is appreciated!

Our guests for labor day clogged up the shower drain and water went all over the bathroom, bedrooms, hallway and some in the kitchen. Flavius responded to our water damage emergency very fast and cleaned up all the mess. Everything is dry now and looking forward to restore the house. The team has been very easy to work with and kept myself and my dad updated with the process in detail.

Paul was a tremendous help when our master shower was leaking, causing mold to grow around the edges of the floor. Our new shower (shown on the right) looks absolutely fantastic. Paul also made numerous trips to our home during the installation of our new kitchen countertop, backsplash, and sink to make sure everything was done correctly and satisfactorily. He is totally dedicated to his customers, and goes to great lengths to make sure every little thing is done right. He's the best!

Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience and gave me great peace of mind.

Had a pipe burst that flooded our entire house, about 5 inches of water on the floor that went down in the crawlspace. Restore people responded very fast and took care of everything we need with the insurance company. Took about two weeks for our house to be dry and still working on repairs but they are so amazing and professional I decided to write a review now. Would work with them in the future as well. Great people.
