DO NOT RECOMMEND! Spoke with Carey who stated he was part owner. I specifically asked him if he deals and handles Ice Dams on roofs he stated yes. I asked if he would be bringing roof rakes to remove the snow and ice off of my roof and to inspect my attic and insulation he said yes and that he would be coming out today. An employee shows up by the name of Nick who was very polite and understanding. I asked Nick if he ever has dealt with ice dams before and does he know what they are, he looked at me and said no. It was a total waste of time and I wish they were honest from the beginning. They wanted to just replace and cut walls but not remove the issue causing.
